Celebro haber encontrado una pagina de internet donde pueda dar mi opinion sobre este condominio tan malo. Tengan cuidado en entrar alli. Tienen muy bien ganada su mala reputacion. Nunca responden llamadas telefonicas y eso que lo reportan desde hace mucho tiempo. No reparan los apartamentos como esta establecido en el contrato. Vi personas fumando mariguana en los pasillos. Los apartamentos estan infestados de cucarachas e intentan robarte el dinero del deposito. Me arrepiento haber arrendado alli. Son mentirosos desde el inicio hasta el final

Hello, I lived at summerlake apartments for about 6 months and it was the worst decision I could've made! Ever since I moved in I thought things could not get any worse and I was surprised.. The application process took over a month an a half because the lady that works in the office "LOURDES" who is in charge of everything, is an incompetent unprofessional human being. She would ask for a different document every single time instead of letting us know what we needed all together in the first place. There are miscommunication issues since her English is bad, and even in Spanish she doesn't know how to get her point across. The day that she gave us the keys to move in she said "there's a slight problem with your apartment, the previous tenants where dirty and the apartment has a few cockroaches. But we will be coming in and doing pest control every week" I didn't mind because it seemed like they had it under control so I trusted them, plus I had no other choice since she told me this the day I was moving in. Lets just say for the first week we were not able to move in since the apartment was INFESTED with cockroaches, they were everywhere! Counters, walls, ceiling, it was disgusting! Even though we were not able to stay there we still had to pay as if we were! We had to bomb the apartment several times, and just that first week we used about 10 big cans of raid! We ended up hiring terminix on our own because the company they were sending wasn't helping at all! They never reimbursed us for it, they only reimbursed a couple of raid cans. I have way too many horrible stories of that place, from horrible service, obnoxious neighbors, to having my rooms and bathrooms flooded. Yes! That happened too! They will never take any blame for it and at the end they will not return the security apartment no matter how clean you leave it. I know it's cheap but trust me it's not worth it.

Hello! I have lived in summerlake for 7 months and I must share my deep remorse on how I have made the worse rental mistake ever. I move into these apt originally because I felt they were nice and I check them out so I paid my deposit moved in as soon as I moved in wow I was shocked they charge you for everything my and I mean everything if your carpet is dirty because of a shoe mark they charge you 100 to clean the carpet, the water they have there own meter they charge you whatever they want and on the bill it say summerlake not the city of Davie water and God forbid your late they charge you 100 dollars per bill and then throw you in eviction they don't care if you are on section 8 they will kick you and cause you to lose your assistance so renters be warned if you are a section 8 assistant don't move here because you will lose your assistance and if your none section 8 as myself there are a lot of nice town homes in plantation fl that are really affordable and spacious I hope my review help you guys and take my word the day you move in you will see that it will be four to five ppl moving out within the month I really hope this review helps .
