Metropolitan Apartments

Such terrible customer service not even the great view of Mt. Rainier can make up for it. There is a reason you can't find reviews for the place on normal apartment rating websites; they don't want you to read all the negative reviews by residents. The apartments are poorly constructed (the counter tops peel and the carpet ripples, not to mention you'll step on sharp objects underneath your carpet.) Your cheap appliances will break every few months, and spew dirty water all over your apartment. I can't even count how many times my garbage disposal spewed nasty water all over the kitchen. Then, they'll ask you to pay for the carpet damage done by their cheap appliances. Vandals will break into your car, and they have problems with break ins at the apartment resulting in all the TVs being stolen from the gym because they refuse to fix the door problems for good. (And why did it take MONTHS to get the TVs replaced?) Save yourself a lot of trouble and look at the many other apartment buildings in the area, because not even the rooftop can make up for the constant troubles here. Especially since the BBQs are constantly out of propane and the hot tub was always out of order and is going away anyway because they are too stupid to get the proper fencing required to adhere to laws.
