        Overall

        This building is full of bed bugs and they will make you pay for pest control. The repair man Randy is a drunk and he will cause problems for you if he don't like you. The drug problem in the neighborhood is horrible and the homeless community has been in this neighbor for years. This building in next to a drug and alcohol treatment center. The manager Jenny is awesome..
