        Overall

        These people are money hungry. Don't rent from them. We moved out at the end of the month and now they are sting we owe for the following month. We called the same day of move out for a walk through and the lady we spoke to stated she would call us to set up an appointment, she never did so we contacted boulders and had the walk through, now we get a letter in the mail stating we owe 1500.00 for rent how is that possible when we were out before the next month started. Be careful of the Boulders they are in litigation already for monies which has been on the news don't be next.
