You do NOT want to live here. It is loud, dirty and nothing gets fixed. All they care about is getting your money. Villagers give up healthcare and stores, pay a lot more for groceries and transportation, for peace and quiet. This place has a loud dog kennel a block away where they sell dog blood. The apartments have a hallway down the center that shoots noise into your home. The management company hired a loud, rude cashier in here as a rent collector and put them in the hallway 'office', which opens, inside the residence, at 7 AM. This person yells all the time, slams the metal doors when cleaning and lets young kids run in the halls. This person is allowed to go around banging on door to talk to people, acting like they are some boss of your home. The building outer doors have been broken for years. The side door doesn't lock (open to burglars). The front electric door lock (letting you in the building) was broken for 2 years. If you needed medical help at 2 AM, you'd better hope your 80 year old neighbor could get down the hall on time to let in the ambulance. If your idea of living is a loud run down city motel, where the cashier runs around yelling and slamming doors, move here. Do NOT move here if you are looking for a home, have health problems, like peace and quiet, or if you ever need decent sleep.
