All- Pro Realty has been a blessing to my fiancé and I. We were looking to rent a house in a quick matter and they helped us do so. We are very happy with the service received. We found a house and signed the lease within days of each other. We were assisted by Karen Hukill who provided excellent help in all aspects. As first time renters she was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. We could not be more happy with the lease agreement, we have nothing negative to say. Upon moving in there were a few kinks in the house which were all taken care of within a day. We are appreciative of All- Pro Realty, they have been nothing but great to us thus far.

This is my first time rent property and haveing my own place to stay. I did not know what to expect but with all pro they made it easy,comfortable and understandable when filling out paper work and asking questions. it also did not take long to get into my own home so i will surley be going to all pro for futher buisness in the future

My family has been renting a home from all pro for 2 months now and have been blown off or ignored about the bathtub with peeling paint. We have a young child and this is unacceptable we pay $1000 a month. Stay away from this company.

I have been renting from All-Pro for 3 years now and while I have always been impressed with their kindness and professionalism in the office, I would love to rave about their maintenance staff! We recently had a tree come down on the house we are renting at about 10PM. I called the 24 hour All-Pro emergency line and two of them were out within 30 minutes climbing on the roof and cutting the tree off. They secured a tarp over the hole and even came inside to note any damages and talk with us about what the next steps would be. Within two days the same gentlemen were out repairing the hole and fixing the roof. A couple days after that they were back to repair all the inside damage. Within 2 weeks you could not even tell a tree went right through my son's bedroom ceiling! I have always loved All-Pro but this was just an awesome experience I had to share! I'm sure they get flack from unhappy tenants who are rude or don't pay rent on time, but they have been very good to my family! Thank you All-Pro!!!

Please pay attention to the reviews this company has received! These people aren't bashing this company for no reason at all. I myself have never left a bad review for any company in my life but I feel the need to let people know to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! My story is much longer than the amount of Characters they allow you to write on here, I wish I could tell you everything bad that went on with this company over the past year. They are hands down the worst property management company I have ever dealt with in my days and I have dealt with a lot of them, some pretty bad ones at that, but this sorry excuse for a company are the worst and its not even close.

I have been in the rental business a long time, whether its having a company manage my properties or If I had to rent for work or school. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional property management company before in my life. Anyone renting a property or looking for a company to represent your property for you should look elsewhere, the people running this company are incompetent. I guarantee that there are plenty of much better companies out there to manage your property or for you to rent from. I highly recommend you too look elsewhere. If this company was representing any of my properties, they would be fired immediately.

All Pro is not "pro" and certainly not "professional". I've owned my own business for 7 years, and if I ran it like they do, I wouldn't have a client to my name. I wouldn't recommend them, and will make sure to warn others about their "policies" and practices.

New homeowner decided he wanted possession of the duplex that we were renting. This was very difficult for us, but All-Pro was as patient, concerned, and professional as possible under the circumstances. They called several times just to see if there was any way that they could help, and they kept the lines of communication open.

I own a couple of rental properties that All-Pro has managed for me for 3 years now and I am extremely happy with their services. Even though I just have a couple of properties I feel like I am treated the same as if I were a large client. They truly care about each and every one of their owners. I also get positive feedback from my renters that they are given the best customer service when they call for repairs and/or payment arrangements. I searched every other local company in town before I made the decision to trust the management of my investment properties with the best!

All-Pro Realty was swift and precise when I was in urgent need of a custom tailored rental. Not only did their realtor provide the exact (multi-requirement) rental I was looking for but she pulled the whole thing together in record time. As for property availability for the most part they offered anything one could need, a very wide variety of location, size and cost. Move in was short and sweet with the office staff and even the maintenence man was great! I have zero complaints thus far, great rental co.!

-The office and realtors are kind, educated/professional, and patient

-The have many different properties available for diverse and competitive pricing

-They are fair and objective and will work with you to resolve issues that are under their control



Con/negative experiences:

-They absolve themselves of liability for normal issues a tenent would expect a "landlord," like extermination fees and a habitability clause. I had a lot of problems that started with someone else and became my responsibility.

-It would be nice if they could show a little leniency about late fees and extenuating circumstances (but that isn't something one should expect from a professional company!)

-Their maintenance staff is a bit overworked, therefore their properties are not always in the best condition and it may take more time to contact them
