Volvo of State College

Bought an A6 recently from Audi of State College. Ben an Audi salesman really went over and beyond to help and assist with any questions I had. Service manager was quite friendly to the customers that were in for service. I'd totally recommend this place!

lost my key and there is no back up so i have to go to this place for a replacement key. ordered on last monday and on friday there is still no feedback AT ALL until i made the call myself. I have to wait FOREVER for somebody to pick it up. finally when someone did, they said the warehouse is having an issue and has not shipped it out yet. they also said they have spoke to them and they will ship the key out immediately (on friday) and the key should be arriving on the following monday. on the following monday, NO CALL FROM THEM AT ALL until afternoon and i made the call myself again. they had to check with there warehouse again and i was told they just shipped the key out...... and there is no tracking information so nobody knows when it will be around. UNTIL THIS POINT, THERE IS NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. MY SINCERE ADVICE: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
