I currently rent from them, and I'm very happy with them. Kapri is very nice and easy to work with. The owner is always very pleasant to speak with as well. I've made a good choice in my rental company.

This company is a terrible propery managment firm. They do not fix anything and the land lord is absolutley crazy.

If you make the mistake of renting from them, make sure to get a copy of the lease and a move-in check list. They overcharged $25/month because I wasn't from Springfield and took advantage of that fact. Before I moved out I replaced all the light bulbs, vacuumed, mopped, and wiped everything down. All the trash was on the curb, yet they charged a $75 trash removal fee because the previous renter left christmas lights in the garage. $60 for cleaning when I have pictures to verify it was clean, and $8 for light bulbs that they say were out, when I know for a fact I replaced them all. My roomate moved out, so I changed the locks, but upon moving out they decided to charge $50, when they change the locks in between tenants anyway. Misty is not a pleasure working with at all, she came close to harassment after I gave 30 days notice. Do not expect to get your deposit back, or just save your time and effort by leaving it trashed so you can really get your moneys’ worth!
