Hunter Property Management

I have no reservation recommending Hunter Property Management. I rented a very nice apartment (part of a 4-plex) through them between approx. 2010 to 2014. The property was very clean and well-cared for. Maintenance issues were addressed immediately and every maintenance person was pleasant to deal with and performed above my expectations. I would be renting from them again, but I have a dog now, and they seem to not have too many rentals that allow pets. If my situation changes I will definitely give Hunter a call.

I have rented an apartment managed by Hunter Property Management for the past 6 months. Upon moving found my apartment clean and in top maintenance condition. In past 6 months had 1 small minor issue and maintenance was there in under 15 minutes! More important, as a single woman I feel safe. From fun office staff to courteous maintenance crew, Hunter is the best!
