Catalpa

I've lived at Catalpa for 8 years now. Well maintained, any maintenance issues that have arose have been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Great location, near highways, grocery stores and many near by amenities. Stephanie the resident manager is friendly and always willing to help. Would recommend to family and friends.

I've lived at a Wooten Company property for 7 years. I've been happy here! What few problems I've had they've taken care of right away. I've been happy here and plan to stay for a while!

The Catalpa East Apartments are in a great location which is the reason why I chose to live here. W,S,T are paid you only pay electric having a low bill is great. Another plus. They were decently priced when my son and I moved in, however, rent has been raised twice since then. They are still the lowest compared to others for what we get but the appliances are outdated.

This is a great complex, management is very flexible and professional. Located in a great part of town. Great neighborhood awesome neighbors.
