Crystal Clear Pools

Crystal clear pools has done a fantastic job for us. Our pool looks terrific and they go the extra mile to keep us satisfied. We are seasonal residents and Misty will take the time to phone us back in Illinois if she notices any problems around our Houston home. The guys who take care of our pool appear to be happy with their jobs and always answer any questions that we have as new pool owners. Crystal clear pools gets our highest recommendation.

We have had our pool since 1990 and have been through a lot of pool services. They do really well at first until, it seems, they become confident that we are securely their customer. And then the service begins to slip, the repairs become more "necessary", the excuses mount up and next thing we know, we are "drowning" (sic) in our own pool! Through a process of elimination, we were finally referred to Misty and her company. She has now been with us for almost 2 years and we FINALLY found someone who is responsive to our needs (parties, etc.), honest about what absolutely needs to be done and what can wait (and we can trust him to care for things when we are not there), knowledgeable or knows where to get information if he doesn't know the answers (no BS!) and is responsible to follow a schedule, to call if there is a problem and to follow through on their word! What a novel idea...a professional!! We totally recommend Crystal clear pools. #1 pool service in spring tx

Crystal clear pools arrived at my home in a fashionable manner to repair a few plumbing leaks. The technician Paul was very helpful in explaining all my repair needs. My leaks were all repaired within an hour my pool was back on.
