Pool service in spring tx

We had a problem in our pool heater which is not functioning. Last week, I made a call with this service and they came immediately to check, analyzed & fixed the problem. After checking, they told us that the heater needs to be replaced with a new one. After a few days they came again to install brand new pool heater. They cleaned after they were done explained and discussed everything how the controls worked and made sure that everything was okay before they left. We are so happy with our pool now and it is well functioned. Thanks Crystal Clear Pool for did a job well done.

Fantastic! This was my second encounter with Crystal Clear Pools. I was referred to them by Jandy/Zodiac support for the equipment that operates my large in-ground "spool". Initially, I had lost connectivity between my pool equipment and the internet. Heather handled the scheduling and took great steps to understand the issue I was having. Jose, the supervisor, responded with a new link device and had me immediately back in operation. He continued to monitor my system remotely. The parts and labor were covered under the Zodiac warranty (a fantastic product in and of itself with great on line support). Following that, the flow sensor stopped working for the AquaPure device. Again, Heather and Jose to the rescue: Jose checked it out remotely and showed up with exactly the part that was needed, again under warranty.

Technician came by and performed a 3 minute backwash to fix the circulation, and then left without checking the rest of the pool system which had other issues. Later after tech leaves the office calls and demands to collect an $85 trip charge. After informing the office that the tech did not completely check the pool system, they informed that the tech did not want to come back to finish his work and then tried to price gouge me on changing out a simple spider gasket for $113 which in my experience should cost no more than $50 with parts labor at most.

Super excited to finally find a pool company that knows what they are doing. I have hired 4 pool companies since January. We are very satisfied with our weekly pool maintenance, the pool has a certain sparkle that it didnt have before. Whatever they are using Im a fan!

Crystal clear was very wonderful to deal with. We had many companies come to our home and they were the only ones that were professional and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and our remodeled pool is amazing. THANK YOU!!!!

My pool heater was not firing up Christmas night, after the holidays I contact them to correct my problem. Ended up replacing it with a new unit. The pricing was way cheaper than Leslies and they were quick to reply.

Excellent customer service! My plaster was looking yellow and dingy. Had these fellows come out and do an acidwash. Boy can you tell the difference. Super white! They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and keep me informed of any problems. I will keep them on speed dial for the future.

Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable - I moved in to a home with a pool and needed help learning how to maintain the pool. Every pool service company and their brother wanted to service my pool, but I wanted to learn how to do it myself, and so I stumbled upon Crystal clear pools POOL SCHOOL!!! Brian came out and spent over an hour with me teaching me what to do in a way I could understand. What was more important, was that he wasn't trying to push services or products on me.



I was so thrilled with his professionalism, demeanor and knowledge that we'll be using Crystal CLear for all our needs, except of course for the daily upkeep because I can do that myself now after Pool School!

Had a great experience with this company. They bead blasted our tiles and waterfall. Couldnt believe how it all came off, I was afraid I was going to have to replace my tiles. They look new. Cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed my pool before they left.

Great company! Very pleased so far with the weekly service on my pool. Pool cleaner is very helpful with any questions i have. He even blows off my deck after cleaning up.

This company has been servicing my pool now for over 2 years and I can say only great things. Heather in the office has been so amazing we decided to retile our pool a few weeks ago and she was a tremendous help. my pool tiles look great and so does the water.

Pipe at my pump busted after the freeze. Water gushing everywhere. They showed up within an hour and had it repaired. The cost was very reasonable. Technician was a cool guy I enjoyed his humor while repairing my pool.

Had my glass tiles cleaned, they look amazing! They showed up on time completed the job and cleaned up mu pool after they were finished. I could not be more pleased with this companies work ethic. 5 stars!

Sometimes pool ownership can be a huge headache. It seems that every year involves dumping crazy amounts of money into a giant container of water in your backyard. It's a serious first-world problem.



I used to love servicing my pool. At first it was sort of relaxing, skimming the surface of the bright blue water. Cleaning out the filter occasionally. Enjoying the sounds of filling the pool during a hot summer day. Then the water would turn a bright green after a rainstorm, or the filter would randomly clog. My attempts to fix this would usually involve dumping enormous amounts of chemicals into the pool, rendering it un-swimmable most of the time, only to have the problem resurface shortly thereafter. After dealing with this for a while, I decided that I would rather have someone else take care of these things.



My last pool service company was one guy who really didn't do a good job. The pool was never clean, it seemed to always have problems, and there was always some "expense" that would pop up. I chalked it up to part of the cost of pool ownership. This continued for nearly 4 years.



I now rent that house (and pool) to a great tenant, and when they started telling me about the lack of service from the previous company, I started to look around for a new service company.



This is when I found Crystal Clear pools. After an initial consult from Mike, I was satisfied. He was able to not only explain the procedures (and why they were needed), but to also answer all the novice pool owner questions that I could throw at him. After hiring them to fix the horrible job of installing a new filter and pump that the last company had left me, I started using their service for the pool. My tenants are happier, my pocketbook is happier, and the pool is much happier with their service.

Last week after the freeze one of our pipes frozen and busted. CCP came out the next day repaired the plumbing and we are back in business.
