Ricky's Towing and Transport

Horrible!!!! First he went tot the wrong address and told me I gave him the wrong address even though I sent a text message with my address. Then when he showed up, he complained once again about the address. His so callled tow equipment was a truck with a uhaul dolly that he rented right before showing up. When he got here he was mad because my car would not start (the transmission is out on it and we told him before he even came out) and that it would be almost impossible to get the car up there with just him and my husband because it took four people earlier this week. He then wanted to charge us $20 for coming out even though we recieved no service. He eventually called a buddy of his and got the car on and it is at the shop. It was just completely unprofessional and did not own the right equipment for the job.
