Bullit Proof Arms

I have visitied BPA a few times and have only received helpful and subjective service. Bullit Proof is the only gun shop in the San Antonio area where the sales guys do not have the typical "gun store clerk/superiority" attitude. I can ask what I deem to be "dumb questions" and receive honest, factual, and helpful answers. And their prices are as good or better than most chain sporting goods stores. I will definitely be doing more business with Bullitproof.

Purchased a rifle and had nothing but problems with rifle. Took it back and they had the gunsmith look at the rifle and said it was my ammo that I was using for the reason the gun would not fire. Finally sent gun back to dealer and they replaced the striker assembly. I told Bullit Proof what happened and they just said sounds like the maker of the gun took care of the problem. Very POOR customer service. Tried to give the local business support and support our military but very disappointed with the whole process.
