Very affordable price with awesome customer service. I have given my Wedding dress for Dry cleaning omg they have done excellent job and way affordable then other cleaners. Thanks to Owl cleaners.

Worst service I have experienced. Even after I gave them another chance. Shirts all wrinkled. DO NOT GO THERE. they don't know what they are doing.

Great service and great work. I have been going there for some years now and always been happy with their work. Shirts are only $1.50, which is cheapest price around. Pants are $3.50 which is cheapest price around. They do good quality work with great personal staff with great customer service.

This place is a nightmare!!! Please don't ever go to this business for your sake....Their seamstress did the sloppiest job I have ever seen and I cannot believe they pay this person to do alterations. I took them a dress for minimal alterations and when I picked it up (I had to pick it up later than what we agreed on because the seamstress was "behind on her work") some the thread was literally falling off without me even touching it, and not only that, but the thread was crooked and on the outside of the dress! I swear it looked like a little kid had used my dress to learn how to sew. They also made a rip on the dress. I was extremely upset because they ruined my dress and on top of that, they refused to give me a full refund. I basically paid them to mess up my beautiful dress. OWL CLEANERS IS A JOKE!!!

Four days after dropping off 2 pair of pants, I returned with my receipt to pick them up -- to be informed that I had already gotten them two days earlier! My protests went on deaf ears, because they said, their logbook showed that someone with my last name had picked up my pants. When I insisted that I had not been there previously, and that I had a receipt for my clothes, I was told that they don't rely on receipts, just the entries that they make in their logbook when a customer comes for clothes without a receipt! The manager, a reasonable sounding man named "Andy", assured me over the phone that he would work with me to arrive at an acceptable solution. After a month of waiting, except for a phone call from the lady who gave my pants away, loudly insisting that I had already picked them up, I have received no compensation or other explanation of my loss.

Have been going to Owl for 20+ years. Friendly staff and great value! Also offer button replacement and other alternations. Finding a good cleaners is tough - the personal service offered here makes it worth coming back. Cleaning services are exceptional.
