Agape Alterations

I am so grateful to have formed a friendship over the past 6 years with the owner of Agape Alterations. I have always been impressed with her level of skill and have since finding her never considered entrusting my clothing to anyone else. The job is always executed with perfection, without fail. The prices are incredibly affordable and she tells you the cost before you leave. The owner has a great eye and ear for listening to what the customer wants, which is why she has been my wardrobe sidekick for so long.
During quarantine I will be going through my closet once again, and I know where I will bring my pieces. Her kindness is unforgettable and during stressful times, occasions, situations, and anything in between- Agape Alterations will deliver again, and again, great service and alterations. I have given her some of the most impossible pieces that were damaged in past travels and she fixes them with a humble smile. I have gotten so smitten by her that I am at the point that I am willing to trade a family member for her.
Not only does the owner take sensible precautions and offer curbside service, she also makes comfortable and great-fitting washable masks. If you're getting that special dress altered, a mask made, a design you have in mind for alteration, or need to know you can trust an invaluable piece with someone, this is the place. I no longer live in San Antonio but I still make the long drive to get things altered at Agape, by such a kind and humble, yet great, talent!

Personal Note to Owner: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for each piece you have saved. I love knowing that such a kind soul is behind my favorite and invaluable pieces. The pieces I have are now even more special with your added touch, love, and help to fit such a small human like myself. I started this review saying I am so grateful of our friendship and I absolutely mean that- you are a fantastic human and your skill has yet to be matched.
