I called Cowboys because my AC was not cooling the way it should and then completely shut down - no cool air at all... It took about 30 min from the call for the tech to come out. He ran some tests, explained what he had to do and made the fix. He ran a couple of other tests once the AC was running that he said he doesn't normally run and then we were all set. By the way this was all at like 930 at night - and no extra charge for the late service. Woohooo! Cool company, highly recommended.

I found Cowboys AC & Heating online so I gave them a call to get my unit checked. They were courteous, on-time, and had my unit working better in no time at all! The technician was very knowledgeable and even took the time to go over some helpful AC tips with me that I could do in between maintenance. Great job Cowboys AC!

I called this company out to check-up on my unit. My unit receives services on a periodic schedule. My appointment was made and they arrived promptly at the promised time. The tech that showed up was very professional and courteous. He discovered a minor problem that could have resulted in a major expense in the future. I would recommend this company to my family and expect to keep them maintaining my equipment for the years coming. Great prices and great service. Double thumbs up!

I hardly ever write reviews, but because of my experience with this company, I feel obligated to share with fellow consumers. Please do not use this company. I called them out to my home to look at our air conditioner, we had an outside leak. By the way, we purchased our home brand new less than 5 years ago. The service men provided us with a long list of repairs totaling over 1500 hundred dollars (this included their discount). The Cowboys service guy also warned us that the unit could break down any minute, and suggested shutting it down completely.



Thankfully we decided to get a second and third opinion. Second opinion guy just added freeon, and to be honest I did not mention leak to him, just asked him to service the air conditioner and let me know if he saw any problems. Mentioned leak to third opinion guy, he said that drain was stopped up and needed to be cleared. I showed him the list of repairs recommended by Cowboys, he said the list was excessive, and that he did not see anything wrong with the unit, and would not recommend any repairs.



I did receive a follow up call from the Cowboys service guy claiming he left one of his tools in the attic where the air conditioner is, asked if he could stop by and pick up his tool (because the tools are so expensive). He then asked if we would be getting the air conditioner fixed, I told him we had decided to get a second opinion. He never came by to pick up his tool from our attic. I mentioned the phone call to the third opinion guy, he said he did not see any tools while he was servicing our air conditioner, and felt it may have been a ploy used by the Cowboy service guy to get back into our house to discuss the repairs.

Everyday I get a hang up call on my answer machine where they leave no message. I call it back to get a busy signal. When I am out of town I call my machine to get my calls and have to listen to all the hang up calls. Quit calling me !!!!

I was very impressed with the quick response from Cowboy's when I called in for a service call. The crew was very nice and professional. They answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend Cowboy's A/C to anyone.

Buying a new A/C these days is as confusing as buying a computer or even a television. With multiple manufacturers, efficiency ratings, and prices to choose from, it can seem overwhelming when trying to decide on which system will work best for your home. I ���interviewed��� six local companies in an attempt to find an honest and ���consumer��� oriented company that would listen to my concerns and provide me with a competitive bid. The final company I interviewed, Cowboy���s Heating & Air exceeded all my expectations.



Ariel from Cowboy���s Heating & Air came out and gave a very convincing story as to why he thought the Amana products would work in my home. This wasn���t really news to me as I had already listened to similar stories by the other five companies who gave me a bid but what did impress me was his professionalism and the amount of detail that he shared as to why certain recommendations were being made. This was different than the other companies who simply said things like ���you have to have��� and ���you will thank me later��� which really did nothing to educate me on why there would really be any benefit to me or my home. The crews that installed the systems were very professional and did a great job answering any of my questions. Overall the entire process was top notch and I couldn���t have asked for a better experience. I recommend them to anyone considering a contractor to work on their home heating or A/C.
