We use traditional electrodiagnostic testing equipment (Cadwell Sierra Wave/Cadwell Laboratories, Inc./Kennewick, WA) and invasive needle EMG techniques, identical to the studies performed by neurologists and physiatrists.

AQUATIC THERAPY PATIENTS: If you are coming for aquatic therapy, you will probably not be getting into the pool on your first visit (unless otherwise told by your therapist). For pool workouts you can wear a bathing suit or a comfortable shirt and shorts that you do not mind getting wet. There are bathrooms for you to change before and after treatment.
Manual Therapy
Spinal Manipulation delivered by a licensed Physical Therapy is different from a Chiropractor and their treatment. The licensed therapist will provide a rapid impulse or thrust in order to achieve a separation of the target joint. There is usually an audible release (most heard as a cracking or popping sound) that accompanies the joint manipulation. Spinal manipulation is beneficial for facilitating movement, relieving pain, increasing circulation, relaxing muscles, and improving the overall function of muscles.
