        At Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center, were proud of our center and the exceptional care we provide. Our 3500+ square foot ultra-modern rehabilitation gym was remodeled several years ago and is constantly being updated with the most modern rehabilitation equipment. Our center also features comfortable, modern gathering spaces, wi-fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms and common areas. We also offer Activities in Motion expanded activities programs (an MFA exclusive) and interactive Linked Senior kiosks that allow residents and their families to access education, entertainment, and therapy information. Its the perfect environment for total recovery.

        Overall

        My mother stayed there for rehab. From the nurses to the therapists, everyone made her feel at home. The staff always communicated with me and I felt like we were part of their family. Thank you for all you do.
