Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Medical Center

Last Friday evening, my sister, brother and I visited my Mom, saying goodbye to her in the ICU. One of your Nurses, Bernadette was the one sweet lady that took care of my difficult mother until the end. She answered all of our questions, she was one of God's angels and I have met many nurses that have been really cold and unfeeling. Bernadette was not one of them, she made sure we had water and kept us updated on what to expect from Mom's passing. Thank God for her, you know it has to be tough on these nurses to have your patients pass away on you on a continual basis where some would become "used" to it. Bernadette was not one of those. She had a heart of gold and I gave her a huge hug to thank her for being there for our Mother when my Mom didn't have us around to be there with her. I will be sending a card to Bernadette to show how much she meant to us that evening when my Mom passed away. So thank you for the love you showed us and Mom. I will always remember you and one day when I go, I would wish you were at my bedside to see an angel on earth before I go home.

This is an old building, but amazing staff. My family has been treated here many times over the years and treated very well

Older facility but excellent doctors and nurses. Kaiser is much more affordable than other health plans.

Ugh...hate this facility. It is so old and outdated. Escalator is forever broken. Member services closes at lunch. Really? For those of us who work we'd like to go ther on our lunch. The hours are not user friendly and neither are the employees. Roseville is MUCH better.

THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO GO IF YOUR PRESECRIPTION HAS TO BE FILLED RIGHT AWAY, NOT TOO LONG OF A WAIT AND THEY HAVE A PHONE IN SERVICE ALSO

This hospital is a pretty easy place to navigate. It's always busy. The medical staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The wait times are usually not very long. The only thing I would recommend is getting here early for your appointments to find parking.

This pharmacy is horrible. The lines are always long. Wait time minimum 30 minutes. If you can get your meds delivered to your house that's the way to go!

The Kaiser pharmacy is usually crowded, and it's difficult to wait in a room full of sick people. The employees are very helpful though.

Has to get my moms medication from here. The wait want too bad. They are making updates do it looks cleaner. Customer service was ok.

This pharmacy was a bit small so it felt a little cramped, however it had what I needed and I didn't have to wait long, so I was pleased.

The line was crazy long. I was picking up a prescription for a friend and couldn't believe how long it took. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for a consultation with the pharmacist (which was not necessary come to find out). I'm very glad that my prescription coverage is not through Kaiser!!

I had to pick up a pre-surgery prescription at the Kaiser Permamente Pharmacy on Morse Avenue. The prescriptions were filled quickly and the pharmacist explained usage.
