My dad was in the ICU and most nurses were amazing I can say Bridgette by far went above and beyond while we were there and we plan on thanking her for doing so.. Glaiji on the other hand very unprofessional by far just a nasty person very rude she had an attitude while having to break a nurse and my father was restless mind you he had two drains/catheters in his brain.. then we ended up having her as his nurse and as soon as she saw that she was getting him she said why and could she trade right while I was listening and had an attitude the two unfortunate times we had her.. rude not attentive on her phone disappeared a lot and took her 35 minutes to help and clean my dad when he went number two she was trying to go on lunch and leave it to someone else until a younger nurse told her she would help her the poor girl did most of not all of the work. The doctors know what they are doing they explain all details but this woman is horrible should be fired she was acting like my dad was bothering her while she was on vacation because he would be in pain.. she also got an attitude with me for asking to reposition him because he was tired of being on the same side and you could clearly see he was uncomfortable even to me I’m not a professional but when your right side isn’t storm and you can’t move it and you’re slouched to the end of the bed and she has the bed all the way raised up in a sitting position and your head with two catheters in there on either side and he’s having to support his head so it doesn’t hit the side of the bed I’d say anyone would be uncomfortable.. and she was mad about that had an attitude every time anything was needed Nd she couldn’t be on her stupid phone or just relaxing sitting at the computer

I had a double osteotomy and a bunionectomy on my left foot. It's even worse than prior to the procedure. Dr. Kirsten Van Voris-Scatena should have listened and heeded the second opinion I came in with from Dr. Stephen Medawar, DPM. I am sick over this. Taking off 5 months from work and not having the foot heal as it should have because the procedure wasn't done correctly is unacceptable.
