Gala Formal Wear

I had Gala Formal Wear decorate the church and hall for my wedding and I loved it. They also did the bouquets and floral arrangements. They did a wonderful job, went above and beyond. I hightly recommend them.

Don't recommend. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. However, my first experience was horrible. I ordered tuxedos for my daughters quincenera. When I went in to order the tuxedos I clearly stated I wanted black for the guys and white for the main chambelan.

I also asked if I would get a discount since I was ordering six. The lady who took my order stated she didn't know since it was a new line but she would ask the representative when they came in that week. She told me she would call me to inform me of the answer. I never received a call back after 2 weeks. I then called to follow up on the answer and spoke with the owner to get an answer. She informed me that I don't get a discount for ordering six with this line. I then confirmed with her that all my boys were measured and that she had black 5 black tuxedos and 1 white. She stated yes. One week prior to my daughters event, I called again to verify evertything was ok and she had 5 black and 1 white and she told me yes.

Low and behold, two days prior to my daughters event my sister told me the tuxedos came in and were charcoal brown. I thought she was kidding with me at first. I then spoke to the gal and they told me I ordered brown. I was FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! After all the conversations I had and follow ups they had brown. They were insistent that I ordered brown not black. I spoke with the owner and demanded that they do whatever they needed to do to get black tuxedos. This is the last thing you need to worry about 2 days prior to a big event, especially when your following up to ensure everything is running smooth. In addition, all the measurements were wrong. The tuxedos came in too short or too big. I had all the boys go in on Thursday to remeasure. The tuxedos were reordered and shipped overnight in black. I didn't get a discount nor an apology. My husband was told on Friday that they did make the mistake and order brown. The person who took my order remembered me ordering black. They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that they made the mistake and sorry for blaming me.

I would recommend you check a location that has several reviews before going to a new place even if its affordable. You get what you pay for.
