Bad business practices. I put $100 down to put a hold on a dress, which I understood would become a store credit if we did not buy the dress we put on hold. We could not take pictures of the dress so that we could compare as we continued shopping. As luck would have it, my daughter found her dress less than 24 hours later at a different boutique. I had thirty days to spend my credit. I went in and they did not have any accessories that were suitable. I offered to buy a pair of earrings for $60, and asked them to refund the remaining $40. No deal, but they did extend my deadline an additional month. So I went back a month later, but the available merchandise had not changed and they were not willing to show me anything that was not in the case. I told them we needed to purchase the slip for under my daughter's dress, and would like to use my credit for that. Because my daughter's dress will not come in until august, they were unwilling to extend the credit deadline any further. I ended up with two pairs of overpriced earrings and they would not give me the $9 remaining credit. Horrible business practices.

I bought my gorgeous dress today! Mariella helped me pick it out and provided outstanding customer service by asking what I was looking for what I was comfortable with and she was super easy to talk to. The dress I found was the first one I tried on and it fit me perfectly. so many gorgeous decisions and different varieties of dresses. I am so happy to have found such a beautiful dress and to have had Mariella help me out on finding my dream dress as well as getting me in and out of the dresses. I'm a happy girl! ge
