Bell at Teravista Apartments

They switched property companies right after I moved in. They will loose your paperwork and rent then blame u for it even when u show proof. BEWARE, KENT IS RUDE!!!They lock u in with a smile and shove u out with a bill. They lost my roommates security deposit and every other month loose your rent. Watch out!!

Was Ok with new management but then we have had an issue with neighbors above us constantly making horrendous sounds as late as 1 A.M. and also various hours, driving us crazy. We constantly complained to management and onsite security with no help at all but to say, well call us when you hear the noise so we can come and hear it. This has been ongoing for 3 plus months and nothing. We called security multiple times, they cam and knocked on their door but no one answered. I sent various e-mails to office and talked to manager and she said, oh they are nurses and come home late. I said "no way" as the noise is like they are exercising or running thru the apt and the noise is loud and also scares our dog. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
