Dr. Brad Rawlings grew up in Dublin, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia and from Mercer University School of Medicine. He trained in surgery and completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He enjoys taking care of people of all ages, including children. He enjoys general otolaryngology with a particular interest in managing pediatric ENT problems, chronic sinusitis, allergies, and endocrine surgery. He and his wife Elizabeth have three children. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his children. He is actively involved with his church and enjoys mission work. He is an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. Dr. Rawlings joined the group in 2011.

Kristen Thomas is originally from Atlanta and attended University of Georgia where she received her bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then attended South University in Savannah, Georgia obtaining her Masters of Science as a Certified Physician Assistant. Kristen formerly worked in Internal Medicine practices located in Glennville and Claxton, GA before joining ENT Associates in 2018 and being part of the Physician/PA team working together to treat ear, nose, and throat disorders.

He moved to Savannah in 2008 with his wife and two children. His wife Katherine Moretz is a native of Savannah and a pediatric neurologist at Savannah Neurology Specialists.

Thyroid
Dr. Moretz specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of children and adults. His special interests in the practice include endoscopic thyroid and parathyroid surgery, pediatric otolaryngology, and ear surgery. He has published several textbook chapters and articles in major otolaryngology journals on subjects including thyroid disease, chronic sinusitis, and head and neck cancer.

Dr. Jennifer Miles grew up outside of Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2015. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in 2020 at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where she served as chief academic resident. She is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Miles joined the practice in September, 2020. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society, the American Academy of Otolaryngology, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Miles practices general otolaryngology with a particular interest in pediatric otolaryngology and sinus surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Miles enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and their miniature schnauzer.
