I believe this shop is under new ownership(upon reading previous review I felt I had to specify this- Frank owns it now, he used to own ACAR in aCuyahoga falls).
Frank is exceptional- hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever had service my vehicles & my families(my dad swears by him). Had major repairs to 1 vehicle & the thing drove brand new afterward- brand new. He’s honest, stands by his work & only does NECESSARY repairs- he looks over entire vehicle everytime to make sure he doesn’t miss anything- & lets you know what needs to be done ASAP & what will likely need to be fixed in the future.
I’ve recommended him to many friends & colleagues & everyone that has taken vehicle to him has had a great experience.

How can I give 0 stars? I brought in my truck for an electrical problem and gave them 4 days, which I was told was more than enough time. After receiving zero updates, I went to the shop to pick up my car. He made it worse! Took the truck to a knowledgeable and credible mechanic and he fixed it in 1 day. Tony's damage costed me another $400 dollars. When I showed him this new bill, he got upset, told me it wasn't his fault, and kicked me out of the shop. Completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Even though this is 0.5 miles from my house, I will NEVER return here.
