Quality is the last word I would use to describe this place. Besides me making an appointment for oil change at 8 AM when they open and then still couldn't get my truck in the bay for 30 minutes this place is terrible. The shop manager came thru the door and starts dropping the F bomb about 3-4 times with me and another customer in the waiting area. Then the same manager informs me of something that needs fixing on my truck but its gonna take 5 hrs to do it and they have a list of people scheduled. Just not a good experience. Maybe I was expecting too much. But I will not be going back there. Even for a simple oil change
