My husband and I have been married nine years and lived together nine months before we were married. We built a home together when we were married three years. All of my money was put into our joint account when we moved in together. Also every thing we owned was in botf our names. He has been verbally abusing me since we married. He says that he will get all of the new house money since I didn’t contribute to the down payment. I painted his old house outside and helped replace all of the wood siding. His repairs were paid in part by a Lean on my car. He says all of the house money is his. I am 85 years.
