Grooming Galleria

I called this business because I saw they had good reviews unfortunately when I tried to set up an appt for my dog I was put on hold. I waited for someone to come back for 6 minutes & the whole time I good hear them gossiping to each other why I waited. Obviously they dont care about expanding their business.

I have been doing business with Kristin for about 10 years or more. She use to own a different shop and when she sold it I was so upset as I didn't like the new owners. She since has another shop and I was just "thrilled" when I discovered she was the one that had this shop so close to our home.



I have a Sheltie....and Kristin has "always" done a GREAT job on him. She has always been friendly when I've gone in there and I wouldn't "think" of going some place else. Out of all the groomers in this town, she is the ONLY one that would allow me to stay while she groomed my dog.

We were happy taking out Lhasa-Poo to the Galleria before Kristin bought the business and also afterwards Kristin did a good job on our little dog. One day when dropping in to make an appointment, Kristin bluntly said she didn't want "Murphy's" business anymore. Without comment, we left and, of course, have not returned. We did not ask as to why we were abruptly refused service and still do not know if it was our dog or ourselves Kristin didn't like. Kristin is a good groomer but has much to learn about dealing with customers. Her abrupt treatment earned her this review. Five stars for quality of grooming, zero stars for customer relations which equals about 2-1/2 stars in our opinion. Review by Jim & Mary Lou (& Murphy too).
