        Overall

        Average housing but pathetic if you want to send mail to your son/daughter. The office itself told me they had a lengthy list of missing mail items in the fall, when classes began. Recently, I sent an insured package, USPS, shown in the system as delivered but not located. The Retreat just blames the post office. My son attended another college for 2 years, lived in a few different apts, never had mail issues. He always had his own mailbox. They do not provide at the Retreat, they are shared.
