        Not that bad place to live though you could have lived in a better place for the same money. View is good but not from the windows of your apartment, just outside. Management is not that qualified, is careless and indifferent. Probably they are paid less. You should be very attentive with your information. It can be incorrect in their system. Their approach is to make money on the fines. Very unexpectedly you can receive a notification on a fine already imposed on you. Unfortunately, this is not a place to feel yourself at home. Neither this is a place to study. So, if you are a serious student with a prospective of higher grades, do a favor to yourself, take some time and choose another place to live in. Moreover, this is a place of undergraduate students easy to spend their parents’ money. It resembles a scout camp with lot’s of restrictions. If you are a busy person working all day long in a private company or in the University, then you can’t live here , because you have to be at home all the time to be prepared for unexpected notifications. Management’s approach is to ignore the importance of your own work and time and to overvalue the procedures invented by their own selves.

The management that is in place now is very professional, and dedicated in resolving any issues any resident has, or any issues involving our apartment community. Our approach is to maintain a safe community for our residents. Here at Lafayette Place, we have several professional students; as well as, undergraduates. Anyone who qualifies and meets the criteria of our rental qualifying guidelines are welcome to become a part of our community.

        While Lafayette Place is a nic...

        While Lafayette Place is a nice place to live, they sure do like to get as much money out of you as possible. I didn't find out until after I moved here that I could have gotten a lower price on my apartment if I had known about the sublet option. If you want to live here that is definitely the thing you should ask about before you do anything else.

I can't speak for the former employees that were employed at Lafayette Place during your stay, but I can assure you that the staff that is in place now, double and triple checks information that is logged into our systems; although, mistakes still can occur. We take much pride in our customer service; as well as, our professional relationships with our residents...and I can assure you that each resident is treated equally. Our staff is honest, and always willing to go above and beyond to help a resident, or to find information that is helpful for a resident or prospect. Again, I cannot speak for the former employees who were employed at Lafayette Place during your time of stay...that is unprofessional, and intolerable to the staff that is currently employed at Lafayette Place.
