DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS AGENCY!!! I rented out an apartment for a year from this leaser. Leasing agency seemed really nice at first and would respond to most needs. I decided to move out after my first year because the apartment did not seem fit to my living standards. It was an extremely old apartment building. I had mold on my bathroom ceiling, which I did not notice until after I moved in. The gas stove did not have any light to it, so it took food forever to cook thoroughly. The walls were terrible, when using a picture hanging strip to prevent from putting holes into the walls, plenty of paint came off of wall while removing strips (looked like cardboard underneath). When I moved, I was told that I would be sent my security deposit after 60 days from my move out date. A few months later, I realized it had not been sent to me. So I contacted the agency. Agency stated that it had been sent a month before I contacted and that she would check with bank to see if the check cleared. I told her multiple times that I did not receive a single thing. She ignored my texts and calls after that, and did not appear to be in office. So I have not received my deposit and she has been avoiding me…. And I was a good leaser, always paid my rent before it was due and treated her with respect.
