Faulkner Flats Apartment Homes

My apartment was nice enough inside (albeit grossly overpriced for what it was) but the overall experience of living here was utterly miserable. As a young professional new to the area I was hoping that paying a premium for an "upscale" apartment community would afford me a little bit of peace and quiet after hours but that definitely wasn't the case at Faulkner Flats. Long story short, my neighbors were obnoxiously loud past 2am throughout the week except during the holidays, when most went home. Many of the other residents at Faulkner Flats park wherever they feel like, including at the curb in front of the buildings and on top of the sidewalks (no joke) which makes the place look trashy. The only dumpster for the entire complex is on the SW corner of the lot. My upstairs neighbors were literally robbed at gunpoint and when I moved out three months early because of it Management kindly charged me $2645 in early term fees. In my opinion this place should be avoided at all costs.
