University Trails Apartments

UT is the worst apartment complex in Oxford. Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid it at all costs. Management changes constantly, apartments are dirty and have pests. It's all students and it's always loud and noisy. They show parents a model apartment but the real ones are basically overpriced ghetto housing. Roommate matching is a joke and you are charged for going over the utility limit. If your roommate wants the apartment to be an oven, you end of paying for it even if you didn't want the heat. The management will tell you subletting is not a problem and they will take care of it and then they do nothing to help you because they are happy to get the money from you. Don't rent here no matter what!

Faculty is very rude! Every time you walk in the stare you down until you leave. They have bad attitudes and are not even talented to run a business. They make you feel uncomfortable and are very awkward when they talk to you.
