The Rapacke Law Group, P.A.

We retained Andrew Rapacke, Esq. and The Rapacke Law Group, P.A. back in August of 2017 to help represent us. They initially agreed to submit a Motion for Reconsideration (60B) on our behalf to the court. They invoiced us for $15,000 for services which included the Motion to Dismiss/Appellate Brief 11th Circuit.

After many emails and phone calls with The Rapacke Law Group, P.A. showing they were going to complete this task, it started to change in a way where they would not do this request. On October 18, 2017 Benjamin Bedrava at 7:12 PM stated that we do not agree with, can not, and will not file the 60b motion. The Rapacke Law firm once again threatened a Motion to Withdraw by stating, “With that said, if you do not retain substitute counsel immediately, our firm will be filing a renewed motion to withdraw, and we will demand an in camera hearing with the judge so that we may explain, without fear of breaking privilege, the practical and ethical considerations that make our withdrawal from representation both permissive and mandatory.”

Furthermore, during a court hearing the representing attorney from The Rapacke Law Firm was reprimanded by the judge for improper court etiquette. The judge had to give The Rapacke Law Firm attorney a polite lecture on the importance on basic court room etiquette to stand when addressing the judge rather than sitting. This was embarrassing for us to have our attorney being reprimanded by the judge that is about to rule on our case.

In summary, payments were made for services not rendered, which caused us personal damages and additional monies. We had to pay an outside law firm $12,000 to perform work on behalf of the Rapacke Law Firm to which the Rapacke Law Firm agreed to do in the first place. In our opinion and personal experience with The Rapacke Law Firm we cannot in good faith recommend this firm to anyone due to the lack of honesty, professionalism and experience.
