I have been going to Dr Junca for many years. I trust his expertise and have always had a positive experience at his office. I would highly recommend him. 5 stars is not enough!

My name is Gladys Haddad. Recently, I went to see Dentist Davis E Junca following an advertisement on television. I can testify under God, that it was my biggest mistake. Dentist Davis E Junca for me has not professional ethics or moral. He was rude, abusive, and more he did not spend any quality time to be able do a good dental work for me. Right now I have too many problems to eat due to his malpractice. I am reporting him to the proper agencies for a solution to my case.

In response to Esperanza S review, I Dr. Junca apologize you feel this way about my practice.

I have taken into consideration that the timing was not the best to see you and I am sorry if you had felt that you were mistreated and not given proper care. I have already addressed this issue with my front office personnel. We had to accommodate your needs at a later time, however, you were not willing to give us a chance. I wish you the best with your dental treatment.

Incompetent staff and very rude Doctor! I asked for an appointment to get veneers. I told the person over the phone the reason for the visit and asked what I needed. They told me they needed my x-rays or they would charge me $25 if I needed a new set of x-rays. When I arrived there they didn't have a clue of why I was there. I explained them again and they took me to an office. A few minutes later Dr Junca came. He was in a hurry and in a terrible mood. I asked him about veneers and he said that he was told my consultation was about implants. Then he showed me some pictures of people with veneers very quickly, without allowing me to ask any questions. When I finally was allowed to talk, I asked him what could be the best procedure for me. He said that he couldn't tell me without seeing my teeth. I said that was the reason I was there, to have a CONSULTATION and an EXAM with him and that was the reason for my appoinment. He said that he was doing a surgery and left. After a few minutes another lady came and I explained her that I had an appoinment to have a consultation for veneers. She told me that the doctor would see me at 1:00 pm after finishing his surgery and having his lunch (My initial appointment was at 12:00). At that point I was confused and upset. I couldn't believe what was happening. I had never been treated like that by a Dr! Neither had I seen so much incompetency in my life from an office's staff!!!! I was there to pay for a cosmetic procedure that it is very expensive! I was treated like if I was there asking for a "freebe"! I got up from my chair and I left. I feel that I have the right to be treated well for a service I am paying for. There are many Drs that do veneers, he is not the only one! Do not EVER go to Junca Dental! Look for a better provider. There are many out there!

Dr Junca has been my dentist for over ten years. He placed veneer's on my teeth and they look incredible. The staff is very professional and always friendly. All my family and friends go to Dr. Junca for all of their dental needs. I would recommend Dr. Junca to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I wish I could give TEN stars!!! This place is conveniently located close to my home . Appointments are always right on time and Dr. Junca explains to me each time what he see's and why I need what I need. His hand is amazing! I never ever feel the anesthesia needles or the drill. He took my fear of the dentist away.I enjoy my visits and I will recommend this place to anyone who is in the need of a good, professional dentist!

Dr. Junca is a down to earth dentist who explains to you in detail what you need and why. I can't complain. His staff are all very sweet girls, and their receptionist has always called me to confirm for every single appointment I've had. Whenever she's had to leave me a voicemail I've just called her back to confirm and I've even left voicemails during the evening confirming appointments, and they have never cancelled me off.

I would never hesitate in referring Dr. Junca's dental work to anyone!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Do NOT go to this office! Let me tell you what happened to me on July 30 at 2:45pm. I walk in for my 3pm appointment fifteen minutes early. After being seated at a desk, I was informed my appointment was cancelled because they never spoke to me to confirm my appointment. I told them I never got a call. The lady I was speaking to said they called me. I asked when they called. She stated they tried to call me and several people other patients as well a couple of times last week but did not get a response. I told her they never left a voicemail or anything and that have gotten voicemails and calls all week with no problem. I had her confirm my number in their system and it was correct. I told her I took 3 hours off of work to come be here for the appointment and now they can’t see me. All she kept saying was “They called and called and called.” Well, why are there no missed calls on my phone nor any voicemails. Obviously, you didn’t call. She never even offered an apology. She then tried to re-schedule me. RE-SCHEDULE ME? Please tell me why I would re-schedule an appointment after wasting my time and money to be here. That’s a big NO! I told her I was not coming back and left. The best part is that both on my way out and way in, there was NO ONE in the waiting room so I’m sure they could have seen me. I have worked for doctors while I was going to school for my real career and I have NEVER heard of a policy like this. IF I was informed of this policy when I made my appointment, then I would have been prepared but nothing was ever said to me about this. You all owe me 3 hours of my pay since I had to waste my vacation time. Now, here is the best part. Not only are you missing out on me as a new patient, you are missing out on my husband as well. Oh, and we are BOTH getting whitening trays but guess who is not getting that money? Junca Dental!

This office has been the worst place I have been to. The office staff there are unprofessional & very rude. The girl working the reception was so rude & it was my first time visiting this office. I scheduled to have some work done on my teeth & so stupid of me, I paid in advance. I later found a better place that can do the work I need for allot cheaper & so when I cancelled my appointment there,they charged me $100.00. That's fine but when it came to getting my remaining balance back, there was the problem. I called & called & was told that the end of July I would get it back. We're in August now & still nothing. The interest they are making on my money must be good & I will be looking into if it is illegal. I will also look further into reporting this office to whoever it takes to let everyone know how bad they are. Trust me, there are cheaper places to go to & I'm sure the office staff will be very professional when it comes to your needs. I work for an airline company & believe me when I say. I will Never recommend this dentist to anyone at my job & outside!!!

Bad choice on my part but I know better now.

Look else where for something better. They're out there!!
