Everything sounds wonderful as entering into contract. We were promised a 'completed by' date, which was way off, forcing us to postpone a COMPLETELY planned party. Salesman promised us the world. Very soon into the work, we realized false promises and scimey sales tactics were all he could provide. Were PROMISED in WRITING a completed by date, and orally promised another completed by date. Both were way off. Extremely dissatisfied with this company. We had a property line issue that WE addressed to Guardian Fence well in advance of the start of the fence. They claimed someone came out and looked, it was no issue. A week later, it was an issue, and our fence looks terrible in said area. The installers did good work, aside from leaving shirts and gatorade bottles strewed about the yard.



I would not recommend this business to friends / family. It was a waiting game, poor communication and false promises. I suppose we should not have given them payment way in advance? When a company IN WRITING promises me something, I would love to hold them to that. In this case, we were just all around disapointed.
