I was visited with in 1 day. Estimate I found to be reasonable and was told it was busy season might take a month. I understood. and as advertised 1 month later I received a phone call stating that they would be able to do the job in 2 days. As promised 2 days later I had a brand new vinyl fence. I love it. I am very happy with it. It was worth the wait.

I cant believe all these previous reviews. I just had my entire backyard fenced in and a gate across my drive way installed and I am so thrilled with the entire process. The installers were quick & efficient, the salesman was not rude or pushy and the owner Tony was out at the house and was very nice & professional. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I signed up with them in November of 2014 for installation of a fence in our backyard, on June 22nd of 2015 I cancelled them for not providing the fence. After chasing them for months, and nothing but false promises, I had enough. The owner Tony refused to give me my $500.00 deposit back, I contacted the better business bureau, which had them listed as bad news, gave them an ‘F’ rating, what does that tell you, I finally had to contact the Attorney General to get the money back. The owner outright lied about why he didn’t do the work, was belligerent and outright rude with me on the phone. Do yourself a favor, DON’T get involved with this clown, you’ll regret it, just look at the reviews of him, ALL BAD, why would that be if they are so good. STAY AWAY!

Please look at all of the ratings! they are all 1 and only because you can't give a 0.
worst customer service
they had a small job to do around my new patio. the did all their cutting on my NEW PATIO, left a mess and cut my invisible fence wire.
took them 5 weeks to resolve.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!

Stay away... very far away... from Guardian Fence. Because if you give them a deposit, they will be staying very far away from you. They will not call or start work on time, and you will have to call them 3-4 times before anyone gets back to you. Then, after they install your fence with one piece upside down, Tony, the owner, will try and imtimidate you into paying for a job that in incomplete and poorly done, and if you don't pay, he will insult you. The worst customer service ever, but it seems that it trickels down from the ownership

I contracted Guardian to install a vinyl fence last year. Tony, the owner, said all the right things. I have been nothing but frustrated since my project started. They said my fence would be done in 4 days. It took 6 weeks to complete!
I signed a contract in the winter to install in the spring because I wanted the fence done when I wanted it, not when they could fit me in. Tony told me the advantages to signing the contract early would be that he could accommodate the starting/finishing of the job when I wanted & he could order all the material ahead of time. There was always an excuse as to why someone wasn't there & why my material wasn't available. Why would you tell me I would have a crew & material for my project & then not have them available?
Now I’m trying to get the mistakes fixed & I’m being ignored most of the time. I have to call several times before I get a call back. They have come out once to look, but dismissed all of my complaints with more excuses. Stay away!
I can completely sympathize with the other reviewer here. It's like we had the same experience, right down to the trash left all over. Bottles, cigarette butts & plastic bags were left behind on several occasions. The foreman for my job even took the travel mug that my wife used to give him coffee while he worked. Nothing but poor craftsmanship, terrible customer service & empty promises with Guardian Fences!

Guardian Fence Inc is doing a fence in my yard. I have a signed contract from them that my fence is to beCOMPLETED on June 10th. To date June 27th my fence is not done, and they called and told me yesterday that the fence is not even in yet. I paid them cash up front (11,900) and they have given me one excuse after another. Everything from rain delays to my product being a special order (its standard black mesh fence).
They also came out and told me they could work around a tree that was in my yard. I had arranged to have the tree taken down but after that I thought that it might be nice to keep it. I asked for a fence installer to come out and take a look and let me know if they could work around it. Instead they sent a sales man who came out and told me that they could easily work with that. Now I have a 12 foot box that cuts into my yard and looks absolutely horrible.
The owners came out on Friday June 20th (ten days past due now) and gave me a verbal guarantee that the fence would be completed by Tuesday (June 24th). No one even showed up to my house until Wednesday. They worked one day and than told me they would put the rest of the fence up on Thursday. Thursday came and went and than I received a call saying “they were out of fence” and they would not be able to get to my fence until the following week. This is going to push my job into July now at this point. Each morning, we wake up, and ask "Will they be here today?" It was a day to day waiting game. An entire RAIN FREE week went by with no sign of the fence installers.
I signed a contact with Guardian because of the time frame they guaranteed my fence to be done in. Instead it took a month longer than promised in writing which severely cut into the time my children (and dogs) will be able to enjoy their new yard this summer. This is not acceptable for any business and I want to make sure more people do not have similar issues with them. When an established company sets a 'COMPLETED BY' date, IN WRITING on CONTRACT, I'd like to be able to hold them to that.
Did I forget to mention the gatorade bottles and sub wrappers that were left in my backyard? And the clothes they left hanging on the fence?
I have contacted the BBB for breach of contract. I am also the local news stations so other people are not given fake promises and than the run around. I am a very patient person and very easy to work with but I have my breaking point. My kids have not been able to use their yard yet and summer is only so long.
