A friend of mine went there for years. A lens broke out of my sunglasses. I took them in today and a nice lady had them repaired right away at no charge. I checked out the frames for readers and found several that I liked. Due to their customer service, I am going to order RX readers at their shop. I am also recommending to a friend who needs a repair on his sunglasses.

I saw review of a repair made to customers sun glasses and went to see if it was true and I found it to be true they repaired mine no charge. I will have my next pair of eyeglasses made here. Avery Scott

You are buying knock off and ebay items!! Also if you buy contacts in the yellow box, those are actually free trials! They remove the label and charge $20!!! When ANYONE can get a free trial!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Incredibly friendly staff, adjusted my sunglasses that were not purchased there for free and did an incredible job with it. Wouldn't accept payment, will definitely be coming here any time I need to purchase anything remotely related to eye care.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One the workers was very sweet and even gave my mother a flower for Valentines day =} it was a very kind gesture and even made her day. They have several frames to choose from that I couldn't decide which ones to get! Oh and some of their staff also speaks Spanish which is really helpful.

Best eyeglasses place in Oklahoma City! Best prices, EXCELLENT customer service, very patient, very kind people. I pay about 100 to 200 dollars less here for designer eyewear than I did elsewhere. GO. You will not be sorry!

Well I am just an old man. In other words I have been there and done that! Over the past few years I have noticed a degeneration of the ethics of businesses and our society in general, you would have to be blind not to see it. Action Optical is what I call Old School philosophy work ethics. These people have been in business just about as long as glasses have been invented. They are always friendly, professional, caring and ready and willing to bend over backwards to make everything they do for you a rewarding experience. When you walk out of this place you may say to yourself why can't all businesses be this way. A fair and great place to business...for those of you who want your glasses in an hour then go for it. But for those of you that want to have confidence in that your eye ware was done the best they could be then by all means shop here!

what a joke; I have an appointment for 11:00 AM. I show 10 minutes early and find that there are several others waiting that also have an 11:00 AM appointment. They only have one doctor.... I guess they think that I can sit there all morning long because my time is unimportant. Do they perhaps believe my eyes are important and my time is not? I walked out.

I had a wonderfull time with my family picking out our new glasses. My children are on SoonerCare, and we were shown 4 times more frame styles for sooner care than anywhere else. And they were made right the first time and fitted to us just like we like them.
