        I bought a pair of sunglasses at sunglass hut. It was on the final sale because it was imperfect, but I didn't know about it. That night , I found out one side lens is messed up. I went back to the store and told them, manager said to call the coach company to buy new lens or try to sell it on eBay. I called costumer service, but they don't care about coustomers, they say sorry that I had to buy a imperfect item. About 40days later, a local manager wanted to see the item, and she said it is perfect condition which makes no sense at all. The customer service said they can't do anything because the manager said the pair of sunglass that I bought was fine, and there is nothing wrong with it. I will never buy sunglasses at sunglass hut anymore. Also, customer service is not there to help customers, they listen to the store managers which is a messed up system.
