My family and I really enjoy coming to see this kid friendly place! I would like to acknowledge the girls at the front desk. I lost my medical card and they were able to look up my daughters insurance with no problem. The girls in the back were super friendly and my daughter Cassie who is 3 years old really enjoyed getting to pick out her toothbrush and was able to brush along with the hygienist. Next the doctor came and saw Cassie and said she was cavity free. She was so excited to get to pick out her toy. I had to write this review because every time we drive by Kool Smiles she points and says she wants to go back. I love that my daughter has some place like Kool smiles to go; if only the dentist could of been this cool when I was a child I think I would of liked going to the dentist too!!!

DR. GALLAGHER DID AN AWESOME JOB! THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE WORTH IT. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Great place to take your kids too. The place is really well managed with a friendly front desk staff that keeps things on schedule for busy parents. The dentists and assistants are very good dealing with kids and make them feel comfortable. Great experience. Will recommend.

We were in and out in under 30 minutes. I have 3 boys and there is no other doctors or dentist office that can accommodate all of us. They have enough chairs that they can all get their teeth cleaned at the same time. They take x-rays one at a time but that was very quick, then the doctor came out and was able to see all 3 of them and they were all cavity free! Kid friendly dentist is also a plus my youngest son loves playing at their playground.

We recently visited Kool Smiles in Charleston and a had a wonderful experience; I had to write a review! The girls that cleaned my sons teeth were so great. I have a 4 year old little boy who doesn't always cooperate with me when I brush his teeth at home. While we were at Kool Smiles he played up front in their indoor playground and then was a little scared to go back to the room. He was very shy and the girl that cleaned his teeth made him laugh and she let him pick out which toothbrush he wanted to take home. That was all it took and they were best friends he actually cried when it was time to leave he wanted to stay so bad. He keeps asking me when do we get to go back.

My son and I usually have a good experience, but on Friday we went for a filling. The doctor wasn't friendly. He was impatient. Needless to say my son didnt get hus fillings because he was afraid of the needle. The doctors are usually pretty good, but this doctor sucked. Next time I am going to request a pacific doctor.

My 2 boys have been going tokool smiles for yrs. Always a great experience. But yesterday we had the pleasure of having Ms Cindy as our nurse for the first time. Boy did she make all the difference!!! She was so very sweet and kind, great bedside manner. She out my son and i both at ease (he had 2 baby teeth pulled for braces). Kool smiles, you have an absolute gem in nurse Cindy! I hope she's there for all of our visits. Thanks nurse Cindy!!

I admit, I was a little nervous at first when we walked in. I made an appointment for both of my boys at the same time. It was crowded!It was our first visit and my 3yr old's first experience with a dentist. I think it's a plus to have your paperwork filled out in advance and bring it with you. Good news is that the waiting time was short and there was PLENTY of activities for the kids to do. The staff was AMAZING! My 3yr felt comfortable thanks to the dental hygienist! Best experience ever for ALL OF US!!

Dr. Wilson is the BEST! He treated my daughter like she was one of his own! She has special needs and is very afraid of the dentist. He made her feel so relaxed that by the time it was done, she wanted to start over and go again! I will continue to bring my daughter here for many years to come! Thanks so much, Dr. Wilson!

Hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 yrs. Was kind of skeptical about going but felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was very friendly & professional! They explained to me everything that was going on & exactly what they we're going to do to me. Did my procedure in quick timing (not a long wait at all). Beautified my smile even more & I will definitely be back!!

Great place. My daughter was very comfortable and actually excited to at the dentist's office! I would recommend this place if you are looking for a kid friendly environment and fast friendly service..

This was my son's 1st dentist appointment. Everyone was polite and friendly.We were in and out they operate on time.Thank you for making our first experience memorable.Kool Smiles rocks!!!!!

My kids had a fun time playing while we waited. The appointment ran quickly and smoothly from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend kool smiles to anyone with kids.

My Grandson had a horrible first experience but NOT at Kool Smiles..His first was bad and we had a hard time finding a good place. We went to SMILES. He has had cleanings and 2 cavities they fixed. We live in Walterboro and it is a long drive but I would drive and entire day to come here. They are wonderful and he loves coming. Please give them a try...
