Creston Dental

Arrived on time to my daughters' appointments. They were behind. Was there at 4:00, kept beung told the doctor was halfway finished. My one daughter getting fillings didnt come out until 6:30. At that time I was told that they only did one of the scheduled 3 fillings. 😮. As the doctor proceeded to leave to go home, I had to schedule yet another appointment for them to do the two they chose not to complete that day, uprooting me and my daughters' school schedule once again. I know to go in the back from now on and maybe with my presence there, the completed job will be finished. Ive had some good experiences but not this one.

Took my 3 daughters to Kool Smiles for their second appointment to get fillings. The wait time was short which is good. And the assistants were nice. However, some of what the dental assistants were talking about was highly inappropriate. Saying things about the dentist and that he was too old and didn't know what he was doing. The assistants said these things in front of my children which made them even more nervous than what they were before. Not to mention they were complaining of their schedule and their own personal lives to one another. And they don't tell you anything as to what's going on. As a matter of fact the no one introduced themselves to me or told me what they were planning on doing. If you don't ask they don't tell you anything. This changed my opinion of how professional the people working for this company are. Wasn't to pleased with my last visit.

I had an appointment scheduled at the Charleston office earlier this month and had to cancel. I went in office to reschedule and the front office staff there is awesome. They were very understanding and helped me out a lot. It is always important to be greeted with smiling faces!

Awesome job!!! Dr.B@ Dana D are the best!!! My daughter had 8 cavities to be filled... These ladies were so sweet and professional really made our day����.. The wait time wasn't long... The small talk made the visit even better.... Shout out to Kool Smiles...

I think it should be not only be called Kool Smiles but a Cool staff. Dr. B,Dana,Cindy an all the staff that helped my granddaughter and family were awesome. Thanks for making a positive experience for her!!!!!

Waited 2hours went to reschedule and leave then all of a sudden we were next went to back they cleaned daughters teeth no cavitys. Awesome had to wait for doc/dentist seen her walk back and forth numerous times and I mean at least 10-15 and glare then turn head so we got up got our own toy from giant tooth and left will definately not go back. Every other expierence before this was good not sure what happened

Our first trip was very efficient and pleasurable...the dentist was very nice and thorough...enjoyed it!

This is an excellent office! They staff is very friendly and very informative. Every question that I asked was answered thoroughly. My kids feel welcomed and they are excited when it's time for their dental visit. I also love that have these hours because it's very accommodating to working parents.

My name is Maurice and I got my teeth cleaned at Kool Smiles. I love coming to the dentist. The girls are so friendly and nice and my appt. was quick and easy. 6 month check up are the best.

Wait is super long. Took over an hour to get a cleaning and another hour to see the Dr. Don't recommend

They took great care of my kids. And they had us in and out quiet quickly. Over all great team of people.

Today is my birthday and I had a tooth that was hurting and I walked into koolsmiles and they were able to take the tooth out. I didn't have an appt. and they were really busy but Dr. Lauren was very nice and took my tooth out.

We recently visited Kool Smiles for a tour, We were a little unsure if the kids were ready to see the dentist, so I called the office and set up and appointment to bring the kids into just visit and see what the dentist was all about. I was lucky enough to be taken through the office with my kids and the nice young lady Chelsea posed for a picture with my children! We now have an appointment to come back to get their teeth cleaned. The girls that were there we very friendly and we loved the openness of the place where they get their teeth cleaned. I would recommend anyone who is nervous about their kids seeing the dentist to go in and check it out. Your kids will see there is nothing to be scared of!

The tall blonde girl that works with the dentist took time to tell my daughter what the dentist was going to do, she made her feel better because she is afraid of the dentist normally. I love Kool Smiles in North Charleston.

Kool Smiles is the best!! My daughter loves going to the dentist!!!! I've never seen a kid get so excited to go to the dentist! Wish there would of been a place like this for when I was kid.

I love coming to Kool Smiles. Floss like a Boss! I love this saying one of the girls said this to my son after he said he didn't like flossing, now I tell him all the time FLOSS LIKE A BOSS! This is seriously the best place ever.

Great Office vibe. The girls definitely get along and you can tell they love working together. Everyone was cheerful and in good spirits with me and my child. I love going to a place and feeling welcome.

I love bringing my kids to Kool Smiles. Jackson's favorite part of Kool Smiles is getting his teeth brushed. Every morning we use our Kool Smiles toothbrush that the kids got to pick out at their visit. They even gave me a free toothbrush for myself to use.
