S&D Horseback Riding

My daughter and I went horseback riding on Mother's Day. It was the best ride ever. They have great instructors as well as horses. We will definitely be back.

Great FAMILY fun! We had such a great experience! The team at S&D Horseback riding is highly knowledgable and professional! We went on a long trail ride and enjoyed our outdoor fun! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My wife grew up around horses, my only experience with the horse was being bitten and stepped on, so this is my first time writing the horse and the first time in a while for my wife riding a horse and these people were terrific and the Trailride was just awesome and the couples experience was amazing, The horses were very calm and very beautiful and it was an all-around pleasant experience and rekindled a little bit of me and my wife's relationship

My husband Nick and I took the sweetheart ride it was breath taking beautiful the horses are awesome and the staff is amazing. Riding has been my while childhood and they brought that back to me. We plan on riding with them every week. Don't go anywhere else.. thank you to all of you! Jenn Lamb

My two nine year old girls and I took a 1 hour trail ride and just loved it! We were greeted by Alex and our trail guides were Stephanie and Clarissa. They were all friendly and educated. We felt comfortable, safe and had the best day ever. The trail took us through rainforest like greenery and led us to the Santa Ana river bed which was just beautiful. Had a great time!

I took my boyfriend the day before Valentines Day. We took the Sweet Heart Ride and we loved it!! When we arrived, we were greeted with champagne and a box of chocolates. I had never ridden a horse before, but our guide Stephanie made me feel at ease and comfortable. When we arrived to our destination we were left alone to enjoy the scenery with additional champagne and chocolate. We both had an amazing experience with Bobby and Reme (horses' names). Thank you Stephanie for an unforgettable experience. =)

Was an amazing experience. The people were super professional but also friendly and talkative. They were great in helping me work on my riding stance (which needed a lot of work) and had safety measures to ensure the best possible ride. I cannot wait to go back!

BEST HORSEBACK RIDE IVE DONE!!!!!!!!! took my girlfriend horseback ridding this morning and it was a great experience. we did the 2 hour ride and the horses were very friendly and calm the whole ride, the guides were nice friendly and knew what they were doing. very helpful and showed us what we needed to do to have a comfortable ride. all together it was a amazing ride cant wait to do it again this summer i would recommend this place to anybody for a great ridding time.

What a amazing experiance. The horses are Happy clearly they love what they are doing are well trained and cared for. The instructor who road out with us was fantastic it is a learning enviorment and as a intermidate ride I was able to apriciate the impute for me and was gratfule that my boyfreind a first time rider was kept safe and learned the proper basics for our future riding : ) The Sweet Heart Ride is very Romantic a great opportunity to spend time together and truley create a memory you will never forget. For the same money we would spend on a good dinner and movie but may not remember a year latter this will be with you in your heart Forever.

It was lots of fun and I got to run a horse for the first time which made my day. The guides were nice and thought me stuff about horses I didn't know! I would defiantly go again

if you're looking to explore the cowboy inside you, I recommend S&D. It's a great place to experience horseback riding regardless of prior riding experience. Sonja and Derianne will coach you at your individual riding level and allow you to learn and grow as a rider. The coaching they provide is always with safety first in mind.

My fiancee and I took the sweethearts ride,it was amazing,i would definitely recommend this to any couple who is looking to spend quality alone time as you get to sit alone and enjoy the amazing views and wildlife while enjoying champagne and chocolate.Everything at this place was amazing,the horses are amazing and easy to ride and the staff does anything and everything to make it a rememberable experience I am looking forward to going on another ride.

Let's go ride! The horses are easy to handle, Sonia is a wonderful riding partner, and she will help you work out those kinks in your ride so that communication is better with your horse, and you have more fun. I was very happy that she provides rides for big riders. She also worked around some physical issues that I have which can make riding difficult. I'm back for another ride tonight and planning on riding all summer, since the group blocks are so inexpensive. Really, a nicely run stable and very fair pricing -- so I'm a very happy customer.

Sonja and her staff are awesome. My daughter had never ridden horses before and they work very well with her. They have taught her to be a safe and good rider. They are very good with kids and have a passion for what they do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to learn how to ride.

I just love this place! The first time I came here was for a trail ride the day after riding at another place. I expected the same thing I experienced at the other trail ride...nose to tail, boring slow lifeless horses....but was thrilled to find the complete opposite! The horses are beautiful, happy, well cared for and love to go out on the trails. You ride side by side instead of in a single file line. Sooo cool when you have your friend/boyfriend/girlfriend, etc next to you to chat with on the ride. As far as the trails go...absolutely gorgeous! What started out as a trail ride for me turned into full lessons :) Now, I am looking to buy a horse I found here :)) I highly recommend you come and ride here! Sonya and Derrian (sorry is misspelled) are FANTASTIC!

I've never considered myself an animal person (still really don't) but after meeting Sonja (and others) at S&D and going on a tour ride....I'm HOOKED! I'm now in my 3 month of lessons and LOVING IT!!! I truly believed horseback riding was for the selected (brave) few and never anything for me. But after only a couple of months of hands on lessons, actually purchasing a horse has become a part of the dream. Learning grooming, tacking, saddle and bareback riding, mentality and soundness, arean work, etc, etc, etc....gimme more. At S&D I now feel like a Toys-R-Us kid and I don't wanna grow up.

EXPLORE THE COWBOY INSIDE: Always been drawn to Horses and the ranch life, but growing up in orange county its rare to find a place to explore that side of me. Finding Sunshine & Daydreams in Riverside is an opportunity to enjoy Horseback riding and a taste of what daily life on a Ranch entails. I wanted more than just a ride on a rental string Horse, and they delivered. I learned tacking up and grooming, how to approach a horse and basic communication.

The trail ride was on a beautiful preserve along the Santa Ana River a grand experience that I did not want to end. Sonja knows and loves Horses and her staff made my experience unforgettable and so much fun. It’s not just a stable It’s a learning center.
