        Overall

        The Land Lord Shirley Smith Lies To You She Will Tell You That The Homes Are Bug Free, She Also Tells You That It's A Safe Place To Live,That It's Safe For Children. But The Homes Are Roach Infested,Some Have Black Mold, And She Let's Her Maintenance Man Jeff Otts Harass And Cause Physical Harm To Her Tenets,There Is Drugs Too. In My Opinion Shirley Smith Is Nothing More Than A Slum Lord That Tell's You Anything To Get Your Money. Do Not Support South Oak Estates Or Alpine Homes ( Not Safe And Roach Infested)
