If I could give this place a less of a rating, I would. This is the most unprofessionally ran buisness I have ever seen. My mother and sister live in this park which they were wanting me and my husband and three kids to move in as well. I decided not to because they had told me that the trailer I had picked out (one they showed me) was going to be ready within a specific time frame, and it was not. When I confronted the owners they with an attitude told me I was lying, they never said the trailer was going to be ready. This was 6 months after them initially showing me the trailer. Well anyways, that is why I did not move in there. During the summer my sister had me over with my kids to go swimming. I had a tshirt on in the pool and this woman wjo my sister or I hadn't ever seen before confronted me and told me I needed to take my tshirt off or get out of the pool, I agreed and got out of the pool my sister asked her who she was because she had never seen her before. The lady then continued to harness my sister and calling her vulgar names. I was 6 months pregnant holding my 1 year old son when another woman told me to come and fight her because "my face wasn't pregnant" and then threw a cup of water in my and my sons face. We then left. My sister tryed to tell management what happened and management didn't even listen to what she had to say and told her we weren't allowed in the pool anymore. Anyways a few months later, my parents get an eviction letter on their door initially because of late payment, they then proved that they had payed and it was not late. The park then said it was because of my mothers dogs (my mom is Disabled and has 2 service dogs) they then wanted proof that my mom was even disabled. This to me was so offensive because they KNEW my mother was disabled, before moving into this park my mother was friends with them because the managers who own this trailer park also own a church right up the road (yeah really godly people right ) my mother is in a wheelchair!!!! It was the most offensive thing I have ever even seen. She proved she was actually handicapped and the park still did not care, they still wanted them out. The judge did not know anything about service animal regulations so they initially won. My parents were trying to find somewhere to move when their lawyer called my parents lawyer and told them they needed to be out by noon tommrow. This is a handicapped woman and an retired cop. It's 4 days until Christmas and this "oh so rightous godly people" are giving them 24 hours to leave their home when they have no where to go????!!!! Most disgusting people I have ever met or heard of my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I currently live here and cannot wait to move. There are a ridiculous amount of sporadic fines. They expect the tenants to take care of their lots, but yet the cannot seem to take care of the rest of the park. The maintainace leaves large limbs in the middle of the road, it appears the roads have not been fixed since they were first paved. There are a ridiculous amount of regulations. I got a fine for parking on the road even though I was having my driveway fixed and was unable to park on it. The list goes on and I wish I could fit it all in here. If you want to spend your money on fines and tires from the roads not being taken care of them this is the place for you.

7/16/09 Management does not take care of the park owned Lots as they expect renters to do, leaving rubbish out side in view of road, skirting off the bottom of vacant trailers, tie-down straps exposed along with pipes and wires, insulation dangling from the bottom of un-skirted trailers and overgrown lawns. In the commons area drainage from the park has large pieces of broken concrete with rebar exposed.
There are sporadic fines ranging from $25 to $50 assessed to residents for trivial reasons throughout the year.
Management pesters residents for such things as grass growing between the curb and asphalt which should be maintained by the Park (Grass in the ROAD not in the yard) and is not in the lease agreement, grass growing in cracks of the busted parking pads which the Park owns and small amounts of mildew on the trailer skirting (which would be normal for most structures).
This park in my opinion is not professionally managed therefore has lost its community value.
