Prompt response and very professional. They arrived within 1 hour of my call and fixed my problem. I'm very satisfied with the service.

They did a great job came within the 2 hrs like the lady on the phone said. Kirkland Wa area the guy gave me an estimate of $216 the first half hour and $42 for each half hour over that. He promptly worked on my kitchen sink clog and left instructions and a bottle of enzyme stuff to keep it clear each month. Was finished in less than a half hour and left everything clean and neat! jAnd he charged me the $216 like he said-didn't try to add charges. Great service and so appreciated during the holidays!!!

Rip Off alert. With the symptom of a clog - Roto-Rooter wanted $419 to clean the drain pipe. When I told too much, he said would lower price, and still wanted $250. He snaked the drain pipe for 15 minutes (which cleared the clog) - then proceeded to give me a quote and hard sell for $1,500 work saying my pipe was collapsed - but he could start right away! My drain pipe was only clogged. Very very suspect and way over priced, I will never call again. Rip Off Alert.

Called them at 3:50 - said they would get in touch in one hour, never heard from them. Called them back twice, at 7:00 PM told them to please cancel it.

When my water heater broke before a holiday I called several plumbers. Only Roto-Rooter could help me fast. They came over, replaced the water heater and I had hot water again. Just like that!

MY CEILING WAS LEAKING WATER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT I CALLED 4 OR 5 COMPANIES AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T GET OUT TO SEE ME TELL IN THE MORNING. I CALL ROTO ROOTER AND TALK TO A GENTLEMAN HE SAID HE COULD GET SOMEONE OUT TONIGHT. WITCH HELPED ALOT I WORK SWING SHIFT AND DON'T HAVE ALOT OF TIME TO GET THINGS DONE. THE TECH CAME OUT FOUND OUT I HADE A BROKEN PIPE IN THE CEILING. HE WAS ABLE TO GET IT FIXED THAT NIGHT SO I COULD SLEEP AND GET ON WITH MY LIFE AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A ARM AND A LEG THANKS.

Alright, how can you be happy when you have a busted sewer main you inherited with the house you can barely afford to begin with? The only saving grace was calling this company. I don't know how legit this negitive reviews are, because I had a great experience with Roto Rooter Plumbers. I have called the guy who advertises the most here in San Diego, and they were a real disappointment. Roto Rooter however did what they said they would do; charged the exact price I was quoted, and acted highly professional. I had they video my busted sewer, fix it with a epoxy sleeve, and give me a 'clean out' access that the house should have had in the first place. They cleaned up the lawn really well when they were done. Adam and Rodel were the best, and I have recommended them to my boss and my neighbor. I don't understand the bi-polar reviews here; but I was treated great by the plumbers and thier office. ***BTW the price was not the cheapest, but my problem is fixed!Thank GOD!***

I called Roto-Rooter to clean my lines running from the house to the main drain after we discovered a sewage back up in the basement. They scheduled a timely appointment and let me know when to expect the technician to arrive. The technician was friendly and efficient. He worked dilligently at the task, addressed me in a very respectful manner and offered advise on how to better manage my drains in the future to lessen the chance of additional service calls. I was able to use an online coupon that I received through the Roto Rooter email program which reduced the cost to me. I was also provided a 6 month guarantee of the work which I believe was an great added value. I hope I don't need to - but should it become neccessary I would call Roto-Rooter again.

Called Roto Rooter after using a "knock off" rooter. The other company could not solve the problem and wanted thousand$ to dig up my yard. I called Roto and the tech came within 2 hours and had the problem solved within an hour and under $300!

He cleaned up and was out of our way within two hours. Very polite and professional, and took the time to explain things to me.

the men were both nice one had 31 years experience. Always get at least 3 estimates it really pays.

We had an emergency issue (after hours) and called. They were extremely pleasant and kept in contact with us. Within 2 hours of the call the technician showed up and within one hour the issue resolved. He was very professional and explained the whole process. We were quite amazed to the charge of the call as we were expecting to be outrageous. I would never hesitate to contact again.

Ad states 24hour service seven days a week. Someone on call weekends and holidays. I called with an emergency on a Sunday morning and told someone would be at my home by 10:00 a.m. I was then called back and told no one is available in my area. Someone could come out the next day - I have no water. I will never call them again.l

SIMPLE JOB. PLUMBER LEFT BIG MESS AND DIDN'T PICK UP PARTS AND DID NOT DO JOB CORRECTLY. THEY HAD TO COME OUT AND REDO PLUS CHARGED ME FOR THEM COMING BACK OUT! CALL AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALOT OF $ IN YOUR CHECKBOOK!!
