called on a Sunday noon and there was a plummer there by 3PM



He was very polite and professional. Got the job done, cleaned up after himselt and did a great job.

Fast and courteous service. Polite and helpful workers. Diagnosis was a broken pipe which required a second follow up call by another plumber. This second call was supposed to be done that evening but did not come and did not receive a phone call. My husband had to contact them the next morning to check on the status. They did call back immediately and another plumber showed up within 2 hours. However, this was probably due to the fact that my husband's place of employment, Gold Medal Products, uses Roto-Rooter services quite a bit and they wanted to stay in good standing with the account. Overall, workers are very courteous and professional; however, follow up service could be improved.

My toilet broke the other day and while it was clearly a simple fix, I knew I didn't have the parts of the expertise. I call the Florence Roto Rooter and to my surprise and delight, they had someone at my house within an hour — I was sure I'd have to wait at least a day. Then the technician fixed the problem and another problem that I hadn't noticed, within 30 minutes — and all the while he was kind, courteous and immensely helpful. I have no qualms whatsoever about calling and hiring this Roto Rooter again.

We had a Saturday evening clogged sink. We had snaked it ourselves all day, but finally resigned to the fact that we weren't going to get it taken care of. I flipped through the yellowpages to find Roto-Rooter had a 24/7 call line. I figured I would call and set up an appt for Monday. But, when I called, I found the most polite answer and a promise for a call back from an oncall plumber within 15 minutes. I received the call within 10 minutes and had a plumber at my house by 10 that night. Ian was very courteous and clean. He did a nice job clearing the clog as well as finding the aeration cap that we had broken during our attempt to plunge.

I would recommend to anyone, and will use again, if we find ourselves in such a situation again (hopefull not!).

Drain going out to street was clogged with tree roots. They came very quickly and worked quickly. A bit pricey at $200, but worth it to have the pipes draining again! You don't realize how dependent you are on your water/sewage system working properly until you lose it. My only complaint, and it would be a small one, was that when he was done he didn't replace the small chest that he had to move to get his equipment in. It wasn't that heavy and I was able to move it back myself....but maybe a little old lady wouldn't have been able to so easily (?). Otherwise, I would call them again whenever disaster strikes :(

I was in a real mess - all drains in the house were clogged. Any water I used would slowly go down the drain and come

up in my bathtub. No water would go back out of the tub.



He very quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was very courteous and explained to me what the problem was

and was caused it.



This was the first time I used Roto-Rooter, but if I ever have another problem you can be sure I will call again.

I was very impressed with the service I received today. My hotwater heater was leaking. I called another plumber to be told they only took cash and the service call was $125. After the shock wore off, I called the Roto-Rooter plumbers in Concord, NC. The man was very polite, and professional explaining the service call price and it would be applied to service if i chose to go with your service. He then indicated they would be right out to the house in 1 hour. I left for work and my elderly father and sister were at home when the man, Mitch arrived. He explained the necessary repairs to me on the phone, allowed my elderly Dad to get his shower before beginning the repairs. This was extremely kind and generous of the Mitch. My sister reports the work was done very efficently. They removed and replaced all the garage stuff exactly where they found it. THe work looks very nicely done as well. I will surely refer neighbors to your company.

We discovered that our sewer pipe had backed up on a Saturday evening around 6:00 p.m. We immediately placed a call to Roto-Rooter. Within a short period of time, we were called back and told someone would be at the house between 9:00- 11:00 p.m. To our surprise, someone was there by 8:30 p.m. The plumber who came was very polite and very helpful. After cleaning out the pipe he was nice enough to take the time to help us clean up the area. By 9:30 p.m. the problem was taken care of.

Quick service. Here within 30 minutes of a first call. Professional, nice, helpful. Satisfied.

Overall, very professional and well-spoken serviceman. Provided helpful tips on keeping drains unclogged, and did the job quickly and professionally. Was conscientious of the snowy weather and wore booties over his shoes to protect my hard wood floors. Did leave a few scratches from the tool used to unclog the drain that look to be permanent.

Our laundry tub backed up and there was water all over the floor. I tried runing a snake through the line myself to no avail. Roto-rooter came out that night and the problem was solved. If it happens again I won't won't waste my time or money trying to do the work myself, I'll leave it to their capable hands

We called Roto Rooter when our kitchen sink was backed up..... with potato peels! The service person came out and was fast, friendly and effective. Problem solved. We will certianly call them again... although we hope we don't need to :)

The plumber was very professional and nice. He did a very good job and explanded everything he had to do before and kept me up to date with everything being done. Roto-Rooter is a very top company and they were quick to get someone out to my home right away.

I called them figuring it would be quicker and easier then spending several hour running to the hardware and standing out in the cold to fix a problem that wasn't super simple (but was by no means overly difficult). The recommendations seemed pretty good, they've been around forever and where very nice on the phone. After saying they'd show up that day, but it'd be between 6-8pm because they were busy. At 7pm they called to say that someone would be out between 7:30-9pm. They were adamant that someone would be out that night. Finally they called at 9:20pm to tell me no one would be able to make it out until the next day. I was left with the water to the house shut off late at night trying to troll through 24hours plumbers on the internet. Apparently, the "24hrs, 7 days, Holidays" part of their ad only applies if it convenient for them.

I finally got off four days of 12 hour shifts, went to do the laundry in the basement and guess what the sewer was all over the floor. Had sewer line redone 5 years ago this is the first time I have had a problem. Of course it is a Sunday, I called Roto-Rooter, and they came with in hour and a half. The Plumbers name was Damon. He was real nice and knowledgeable on what to do. Had a little trouble with the equipment but finally found the plug and fixed it. Very patient and fiendly.

The service was very fast and good. I dont make much money now after my plant closed in 2007 and went to Mexico, But I would call Roto-Rooter again if I ever have any more problems. I was very impressed by his patience when the equipment wasnt working well, I would have blown up , but he kept his cool. There was 4 inches of snow out on the back yard he had to pull the equipment thru the snow to get to the back yard, also it was only 10 degrees outside. So you can believe I really apprecialted his work..

It costs $159 for Roto Rooter to even troubeleshoot the problem, but 24 x 7 x 365 is pretty good when the coldest day of the year arrives with no hot water.I called at 9:30-ish and the person on the phone said they'd be there between 11:00 and 1:00PM. That's not bad whn you consider that Sears, the company I bought the water heater from, said the earliest they could make it is Tuesday of the following week (I called it in on a Wednesday).. Roto Rooter called back apologetically when they ran late at 12:30 and said they would be here by 2:30. They arrived at 2:45. Not bad when you consider I live in a semi-rural area.



It was not a simple troubleshootng job of replacing elements and the technician went metodically through his work and traced the problem to a loose wire in the housing of the water heater. He then stayed until he was sure hot water was available. He cleaned his work site when finished (much better than he found it). He was friendly and there are no complaints about the work at all. Overall, the technician was here for two hours.



I am used to getting 2 day notices (or more) before I can get service people here. It's the price of being out in the country. But same day service is wonderful, especially when the alternative is cold showers in the winter. The technician said they were available 24 x 7, also unheard of. And to call back ad aplogize when they were detained by a previous job just made me ecstatic. Yes, the price could have been cheaper (the only reason I didn't rate them 5 out of 5 stars), but other than that, I recommend Roto Rooter highly.

Once again, Roto-Rooter came through on a holiday week! After the call about a leaking sink drain, they were there at exactly the time scheduled! Efficient, friendly, helpful, courteous, and skillful! We would no use any other plumber. By the way, this is the second time Roto-Rooter has come through on short notice for an emergency on a holiday weekend. And, no, we don't wait to call; our "new" old home has it's own schedule of breaking down.

I told them to leave after they told me the labor cost would be $240.00 for replacing the inside of the toilet tank. It's 60 minutes of work!!!!
