Rusty's Junk Car Buyer

I'd have to say my experience with this company was as smooth as butter, from start to finish. They handled all the paper work for me and picked up my car the same day. Thank you.

Total Joke! I paid just over $9,000 for my car last November. I've put a little work into over the past year and now the transmission is leaking. My garage quote me $2,000 to repair it. I don't really have the money, I work at home, and we already have another car, so I'm just not interested in fixing it. The KBB value for my car, even if it was in fair condition is $6,000. I was offered $680 from this place. Are you serious? The man I spoke with on the phone was super pushy and kept interrupting me and then told me I was wasting HIS time. They need to get over themselves and start making real offers on cars!

I once was looking at these reviews.They are def on point with everything they do, i appreciate their service and their customer service. You guys were great! Thank you for picking up my car.

I called in, the adjuster gave me a great quote. I went through with them and they came gave me the money then went off with my sedan. I'll be sure to let my friends and family know about you guys.

The company is super friendly, their customer service is AMAZING. I personally had a great experience, they picked up my car about 16 hours after my call. Every representative followed up with me, which surprised me a lot! They were awesome, definitely will call again if needed.

I called for them to come and get my 09 Pontiac G-6 that was totalled! They were the best offer ! They called and showed up when they were supposed too! I would give them my business again and refer them to others

I would not do business with Rusty's based on the numerous and obvious fake reviews they have posted by themselves. If you are not smart enough to recognize the laughable posts then you probably deserve what you get. (how many times between 2/10 and 2/20 did you and your mom, grandma,aunt etc sell a car and were so pleased..really?)

Do Not ever use this place, Their customer service is very poor and their prices are way to high. You be better off using the internet and waiting a few days.

I had to cancel on the day of pick for one of the days, they were okay with it and had a truck ready to pick up my cherokee the next day. It's just convenient to do all this over the phone without having to walk anywhere, and having to talk to friendly customer service is even better, so that a thumb up from me. thanks guys.

Called in talked to Mike, he gave me a quote that i found reasonable and had them pick up the car next day. It was quick the tower was pretty cool and they took off from there. I'd recommend them.

I loved it, everyone was super friendly ... I only called in once to actually see if I'd like to use their service the rest they did, they followed through with me. I was happy to use their service.

I personally had an amazing experience with this company, and i think there are more then a few and fake reviews on here. So Rusty's you guys should look into that. But they came picked up my firebird, the car didn't drive they got it out my backyard carefully, he loaded it up on the truck and they were good to go, I will be sure to recommend you guys!

Rusty's provided me with a good service, however i think they need to work on their customer service over the phone i had to wait a pretty long time to get connected to one of the operators. i got paid more money than what people tried offering me for my car and for that i'm very happy, BTW i gave Rusty's 4 stars and i have no affiliation with this company whatsoever. I know we all have different experiences but i can only write about mine which was pleasantly enough.

Total Scam. These guys try to steal your car by giving you absolutely NOTHING. I am sure the 5 star reviews are an inside job. Don't both even calling them or filling out their form, WASTE OF TIME!

Be very cautious when dealing with them - their advertising is, to say the least, deceptive. The second line in their internet ad explicitly says that, in addition to autos, they also handle vans, trucks, and RV's. But when I called about an RV I want to get rid of, I was told flatly that they don't handle RV's. When I pointed out that this contradicted their internet ad, I was then told they actually did but only in certain areas. Since the lady I was talking with had absolutely no idea where I was calling from, how the heck did she know I wasn't in one of the areas that they do serve? Beats me; but I'd sure watch myself when dealing with them.

This company sucks. I don't know who is writing all these good reviews, but I'll bet they are working for the company themselves to get more people to call them. I called them. Have a 95 Grand Jeep Cherokee. Everything works great on the car accept it needs a new fuel pump. The service was nice, but the kind receptionist told me that there was two options I had: one, take two free nights and 500 bucks for donating the car to charity, or have a tower pick it up for free and receive 150 bucks! What? 150 bucks? I paid 3000 for that car. I need to get at least 2 back, after all , the jeep has an awesome engine. You're not gonna try to jip me! Don't call them. They will try to get you for your buck. They'll profit and you'll look like the fool.
