this does not even deserve a 1 star, I would rate it 0 star if I could. their website says they would buy any vehicle in any condition. so I called them and then that woman said her adviser or whatever was no longer interested in my vehicle. I was like "okay...?" I regret calling this company, wasted like 5 minutes of my life.

I called just to get a quote on a vehicle I was selling. Since then, they have been leaving multiple messages on my answering machine every day wanting to buy my vehicle. It I was interested, I would call them back! I sure don't need them contacting me constantly. I have left messages, and even sent an email telling them I am not interested and want the calls stopped, but they keep coming! I am ready to contact the BBB to file a complaint! I will NEVER do business with this company or even call for a quote, again!

I called this place to get a quote, got offered $150 for my Dodge Neon, and when I turned down the offer I was hassled about it. She pretty much laughed at me for expecting more from my car. She was extremely rude and made me feel stupid.

The phone etiquette was very poor.

The listening skills were not there, and while trying to explain my situation, was completey talked down, as if I had no idea, or buisness calling about my concern to get a simple quote on my vehicle. Just unpleasant over the phone.

The woman i spoke to on the phone was absolutely rude to me. She was bitter short and didnt help me find what i was looking for at all.

Really great experience, customer service reps were kind and took all my information the 1st time I called so that when I called back weeks later after getting a copy of my title it was all int thier system and setting a pick up time was within a day or two. Very Professional and easy to deal with.

They were very professional. Came within 2 days to pick up my car. On the day of the tow truck driver called 2 hours ahead to let me know he MAY be 30 minutes late but ended up being on time. I will definitely use them again if the need occurs. I got a good deal on my car considering they put all the work into the pick up. I recommend them.

I was lead to believe that they would be able to help me since my state and town were listed under the service areas. Only for them to call me and tell me - SORRY we don't service that area - WHAT A JOKE! When I told the girl that they need to update their website to remove my town she just said Oh OK and hung up.

Rusty's bought my car very quickly, it was an easy process, even towed it for free.

I was very satisfied with Rusty's service, I would recommend it to you.

after calling last nite to confirm that they would pick up the car this morning (8-12) they no showed without apology... stay away from this bunch

Quick and easy salvage. They picked the car up when they said they would. Forgot the keys and they let me mail them in. Will work with them again in the future.

First they said they had no one in my area who could help me..then he tells me to hold on and comes back on and offers me $200 .I already have an offer of $500 so definitely a rip off IMO. I would check around to others before calling here

That this place is the biggest joke ever. I have 2003 Hyundai Sonata in good condition and they offered me 75 dollars for it. This was the 5th place I called and the other four places made offers between 400-750. If your thinking about using this place you should just keep looking.

Quick, efficient and worry free. Very nice on phone and were straight with me. The tow trunk was in time and also friendly.

They offered me 230 for a 1986 Chevy truck and I pulled the gas tank and battery and pulled it across the scale at a scrap metal yard and got 518.00 these places are a rip-off

99 Chevy Malibu with low miles and the offered me $100.00 thats right a hundred dollars for a car worth more they didnt even offer half its worth. Rip off

Kept transfering me from one person to another to another....after being on hold for several minutes offered me $100 for my truck! Are they kidding? the tires are worth more than that!
