My Air Ticket

Not even a star. worst experience .this is a fraud company.they promise a ticket for one day and do not issue till the last date.they use to call every 15 minutes till the payment is made but after the payment is issued they go on giving the reason.all are frauds.they are frustrating some ones patience.do not go to this site for tickets

These folks are just fraud. They just want money and not do anything about issuing a ticket. Do complain with BBB on your experiences so that it is visible to everyone. If you pay with them with the credit card call your company to dispute the transaction immediately. The company somehow has access to create an itinerary on Airline website (maybe through other agents) to paint you a picture that your reservation holds good. In reality they find excuses to not issue you any tickets until the end. They keep your money for 90 days return without any interest (you book 45 days before the travel and they return the money after 45 days). A good scam to earn some money.

They are just fraud. All the agents make fool of customer. and first of all they charge you in inr for US tickets. So that you can not raise charge back in case you found the transaction fraud. And they will not provide you tickets and if they do then only the fake ticket. I went to the airport with the e ticket and airport people said that ticket is not valid and its not issued. And i am still bagging for my own money from them, They dont pick up calls . If they pick up just hang up on you. And their agent updating good reviews by their own Ankush, Rajasav, Kamal, Anmol , preeti , kaveri , yogesh and Ishan ,. They all their bloody agents who always make fool of the customers Dont believe good reviews as they are themselves updating it. I have spoke to among of them. And now all the agents name are in my mind.Never Ever book tickets with them..



They don't deserve even a 1 star. Beware of My Air Ticket !!!

Cost of change in date is more than any other web portal /agent.

Definitely a 5 star service, I travel to India very often and in 11 years i never found travel agent who is so awesome at his work. I called My Air Ticket and Mr Anshul Gupta answered and i told him i am looking for a great fare and i am travelling with kid and i told him about the dates of my travel. This guy did such awesome job finding me two best deals and it was hard for me to decide which one to pick, he was honest and very polite to talk to, anyways i end up with the little bit more costlier one coz the airlines was awesome. Anshul gupta was such a great help and i will look forward to give more business to this company just because of my great experience. I definitely recommend My Air ticket.
